We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and appointment details. We do not store payment card information — all payments are processed by Stripe.
We use your information to facilitate appointment booking, send confirmation emails and reminders, enable video visits, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
AccessMD operates as a scheduling and communication platform. Protected Health Information (PHI) shared through our platform is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements. See our HIPAA Notice for full details.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to patient data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
