Who We Are

AccessMD operates as a scheduling and telemedicine facilitation platform connecting individuals with independent licensed healthcare providers. We act as a Business Associate to providers who use our platform and are subject to applicable federal privacy regulations.

Information We Handle

We handle appointment scheduling information, contact details (name, email, phone), and visit-related communications. We do not store clinical records, diagnoses, or prescription information — those remain with your provider.

How We Use Your Information

  • Treatment: To facilitate your appointment and enable communication with your provider.
  • Operations: To process payments, send reminders, and improve platform quality.
  • As Required by Law: We may disclose information when required by federal or state law.

  • Right to access your appointment and account information
  • Right to request corrections to your contact information
  • Right to request deletion of your account data

Data Security

We use TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to your information is restricted to authorized personnel and systems only.
