AccessMD is a scheduling and telemedicine facilitation platform. We connect individuals seeking care with independent licensed providers. We are not a medical provider. Providers on our platform are independent professionals responsible for their own clinical decisions.
You agree to provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Providers are responsible for maintaining current licensure, providing accurate availability, and delivering services in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment. Providers pay a flat monthly subscription — AccessMD charges no per-visit commissions or no-show fees.
AccessMD is not liable for the quality of care provided by independent providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
